![]() That's pretty bad! We are following up with the City of Big Bear, Building and Safety (my husband is an inspector and is going to report them for safety concerns) as well as local yokels since we both lived in Big Bear and know people. Bed bug city! I'd rather drive two hours back home than stay here. I wish I had read the yelp reviews prior to booking. Motel6 is cleaner, nicer, SAFER, more comfy and more affordable. Don't bother, don't waste your time or money. It sucks because I've been wanting to stay here since I was a kid. $425 for two nights could be much better spent than on this place. (Update: those jerks didn't refund me and then hung up on us when we called back this morning to find out why we were still charged. I gave one star for the fact that I was at least able to get a full refund. When the guy at the front desk asked what was wrong with our room and I explained, he said, "what do you expect it's big bear." I replied that I've lived in big bear before, and wanted to say the motel 6 is better than this dump but I kept my cool. As we left immediately to get a refund and drive back down the hill, our neighbors were in the lobby complaining about a power outage. The bathroom smell made it obvious they have a sewage problem too. It looked like a bad porno waiting to happen. ![]() Check out pics of cum stained sheets from other guests. The 60s called and want their nasty bedding back. The room was filthy, outdated, disgusting having three queen size beds sporadically placed in one large room, with Decor from the 60s. The room was hot as hell, no air conditioning with a spa tub we weren't about to jump into or even try to take advantage of which was the whole point of booking here. Like a musty mildew and the old ass carpet, just gross. Then we got to our room, the largest spa suite (lucky us) and we noticed the funky smell. Like for reals, you all need to get that fixed before you get sued or condemned. When we arrived in the evening, we first noticed the sketchy stairs that where hella warped, serious hazard. Drove up to big bear from chino hills to escape the heat. Let me start off by saying I've never walked out of a room I've booked before.until Black Forest. I haven’t had an unpleasant experience like this at a hotel in a long time and I was eager to leave the property to drive home for a good nights rest. If a place seems neglected and unsanitary I don’t bother returning. Overall I would not recommend nor stay here again. We tried taking a nap in the afternoon and couldn’t really because of how loud the upstairs neighbors were and the street noise. We left a night early because I simply could not fathom having to stay there another night. I’m assuming they have hardwood floors upstairs because we heard every little movement. I called front desk and they took care of it immediately. The second was the upstairs neighbor turning on their jacuzzi at 1:30am. Front desk told us we just needed to wait 15 min for it to reset, which it did and we took a hot shower. The entire building shared a water heater so when we arrived back after a day of skiing there was no hot water. A few hiccups during our stay was the noise and hot water. The room had 2 hangers in the closet and no iron. They also don’t have AC so when it felt warm we had to turn the heater off for it to cool down. The toiletries were covered in dirt and the towel they were wrapped in as well. There were holes in the wall where I assume they had wanted to place a towel rack and chose not to but didn’t bother covering it up. ![]() One set of blinds would not shut which was hard to sleep at night because of the bright fluorescent lights next door. This motel is very old and you can tell the moment you walk inside. The best thing about this hotel was it’s location, friendly staff and the fact that we were able to check in early- that’s about it. I booked a 2 night stay at this lodge for a ski trip and left a day early.

![]() What is a bill and learn how to make the distinction between a bill, an invoice and receipt.Getting paid on time is vital for the success of your business. Learn the differences between a quote and an invoice. To see a sample of an invoice, and learn how to craft a successful and professional invoice, head over to our invoice example. If you do get paid before sending an invoice, it is still expected that you send the invoice since many companies use them for bookkeeping and for financial planning. You may find yourself having to remind people to pay their invoices owed, which is why having a system will ensure you get the money that you have asked for. ![]() ![]() Once you send out your invoices, you will have to keep track of who has paid them, and who has not. Often, you will not get paid until you send an invoice. While creating an invoice, or maintaining an entire system of invoices may seem very difficult, know that this is expected in the world of business. Why do you need to create and send invoices? For more information on the different uses for all of these documents, please visit our page (hyperlink text) that explains all you need to know. So, an invoice comes in the middle of those two documents. A quote is provided before any work is completed or products sold, while a receipt is given after the payment is completed. It is important to note that an invoice is not that same things as a quote, or a receipt. While creating invoices is important in order to get paid for all of the services you’ve provided or for the products you’ve sold, an invoice is also an important part of bookkeeping. All of these generally include the same information as a basic invoice, but are provided to the affected party at different times during the business transaction.Īn invoice can be created by hand, or typed on a computer, although there are several different programs designed specifically to create invoices, making the job very easy, especially if you have to create several businesses as part of your business. There are also different types of invoices, including interim invoices from work in progress, final invoices, proposed invoices, miscellaneous invoices, interest invoices, and recurring invoices. Information included in an invoiceĪ professional invoice almost always includes the following information: an invoice number, an itemized list of the products sold or the services completed, a dollar amount for each line item, information about taxes and fees, the date each line item was completed, the date the invoice was sent and the date the payment is due, along with any contact information for all parties involving the billing, and information on how the payment is expected to be completed. However, most professional invoices include a plethora of information, mostly for bookkeeping purposes. ![]() In its most basic form, an invoice would list the products sold or the services completed, and the total amount owed. Some businesses use invoices as a way to keep track of inventory or hours worked, so you can see why this form of documentation has become so important in running a company. ![]() An invoice can be as simple as a handwritten list on a piece of scrap paper, or as sophisticated as a typed list created from an official invoicing program.Īnother perk of an invoice? From the customer’s perspective, an invoice helps them keep track of where their money is being spent, and assists with future financial planning. The cool part about an invoice is that it can come in several different forms. An invoice is created and given or sent to someone who owes a company money. We already started to learn what is an invoice: an invoice is a fancy name for a bill, as it is often in the form of a list of purchased items or completed services, along with the total amount owed, and it is given to the purchaser from the provider. ![]() ![]() Tumblr calls leaving a group blog a “divorce”, only it is not. The protests in Glasgow, anticipation over promised protests by the CND, and continued nuclear safety concerns sparked internal debate in the government of British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan, which, in addition to a strike in the US affecting the manufacture of spare missiles, delayed the Proteus until at least mid-December. Protests followed the announcement, including a December rally attended by 2,700 protesters in Glasgow organized by the Glasgow District Trade Council.
